The PACE Care Center Supervisor at AltaMed Health Services Corp. in Los Angeles will oversee daily operations at the center, coordinating clinical support, participant care, recreational activities, and administrative tasks to ensure compliant, high-quality service delivery.

The role emphasizes collaboration with nursing, social work, therapy teams and other disciplines, budgeting support, and process improvement while maintaining a patient-centered approach for our diverse community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in a health-related field.
• License required if clinical degree.
• Minimum 2 years’ supervisor/management experience in healthcare.
• Experience with multiple disciplines (nursing, social work, therapy).
• BLS certification or higher required.

Responsibilities

• Support operational areas at the PACE center, including clinical support, participant care, activities, and admin tasks.
• Ensure efficient, compliant service delivery per licensing standards and policies.
• Assist staff recruitment, budgeting, and process improvement.
• Collaborate with nursing, social work, and therapy teams to optimize care.
