The role focuses on efficient service delivery, regulatory adherence, and coordination with multi-disciplinary teams. The ideal candidate has a health care supervisory background, a related bachelor’s degree, and bilingual skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisor or management experience in healthcare or related field.
• Experience collaborating with nursing, social work, psychology, recreation, therapy and dietetics.

Responsibilities

• Support all operational areas at the assigned site to ensure efficient health care delivery.
• Contribute to staff recruitment, budgets and care coordination with internal/external resources.
• Assist in process improvement and ensure regulatory compliance in line with licensing standards.
