Job summary

International Community Health Services (ICHS) is seeking a PACE Scheduler to develop and improve scheduling processes for the PACE program in Seattle. The role requires coordination with Transportation, Day Center, IDT, PACE staff, and families to ensure smooth participant and staff movement within the program.

The ideal candidate will have two years of healthcare scheduling experience, familiarity with EHR systems, and must be able to communicate in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Taishanese.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years scheduling experience preferred, especially in a healthcare setting.
• Experience with using electronic health record (EHR) preferred.
• Ability to multitask.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology.
• Must be able to speak Mandarin, Cantonese or Taishanese.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve the PACE scheduling program and processes.
• Coordinate participant and staff movement with Transportation, Day Center, IDT, PACE staff, and families to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform a variety of administrative scheduling duties to maintain efficient PACE Clinic operations.

Job Summary

The PACE Scheduler is responsible for the development and process improvement of the PACE scheduling program. Education - High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience - Two (2) years of scheduling experience preferred, especially in a healthcare setting. Experience with using electronic health record (EHR) preferred.
