Job summary

San Ysidro Health is seeking a PACE Center Manager to oversee the day center and PACE clinic operations, coordinating care planning and interdisciplinary team activities. The role requires strong leadership and regulatory compliance to support staff and participants in the community.

You will supervise the IDT, manage budgets, and collaborate with administration to ensure quality care and program development across the PACE Center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health related or social service field required.
• Master’s Degree in health, business or social service field preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise IDT Moderators and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Recruit, train and develop center staff; maintain a safe, legal work environment.
• Coordinate care planning, interdisciplinary conferences and family conferences.
