AltaMed seeks a Center Director to oversee daily operations of the PACE Center and potential ACS extension. You will ensure CMS and PACE compliance, supervise staff, and drive quality, safety, and participant satisfaction in collaboration with clinical and administrative leaders.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least three years in healthcare leadership, and bilingual capabilities. Competitive compensation and benefits are provided in the California market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, nursing, psychology or gerontology is required.
• Experience supervising or managing in healthcare settings.
• Ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams and meet regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the PACE Center and potential ACS extension.
• Coordinate planning, implementation, and CMS/PACE compliance requirements.
• Direct budget, staffing, quality, safety, and participant satisfaction initiatives.
