Neighborhood Healthcare is seeking a PACE receptionist for our Riverside, California center. The role is onsite, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, supporting front desk operations, scheduling, and participant coordination.

You will greet participants, manage calls and emails, assist with check-in/check-out, and help keep accurate records while upholding HIPAA and organizational privacy standards. Benefits include medical/dental/vision plans and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of Customer Service experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish highly preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire and maintained as a condition of employment; CPR and First Aid certification also required.

Responsabilités

• Greets participants, visitors, and vendors to ensure a positive experience.
• Answers and manages incoming calls and emails, screening, transferring, resolving, and documenting inquiries.
• Supports participant check-in/check-out and scheduling to ensure timely access to care.
• Maintains front desk operations and participant records while protecting confidentiality under HIPAA.
