Job summary

NeighborHealth Corporation is seeking an Assistant Center Manager for the PACE Center in Revere, MA. This full-time role reports to the Director of Administration and Operations and supports IDT care planning, regulatory compliance, and Center operations.

The candidate will coordinate multidisciplinary team activities, maintain care plans, oversee enrollment processes, and ensure adherence to PACE policies. A college degree in a health-related field and supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

• Supervisory and administrative experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Experience in a managed care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Care Planning and maintains biannual review schedules.
• Monitors regulatory compliance and Service Determination processes.
• Coordinates IDT meetings and assists with enrollment/signings.
• Generates and distributes essential care coordination reports.
• Provides day-to-day operations support in absence of Center Manager.
