Job summary

PABCO Roofing Products in Tacoma, WA is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant I to support financial operations, including monthly close, reporting, budgeting, and analysis.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, assist with year-end inventories, and contribute to process improvements. A degree in accounting and strong Excel skills are required; manufacturing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Four or more years of accounting experience preferred.
• Manufacturing, construction, contracting, or building materials industry experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
