Suntory Global Spirits in the Philadelphia area is seeking a State Manager I to lead its PA spirits portfolio, manage distributor relationships, and drive brand and sales strategies across on-premise and off-premise channels.

You will build a high-performing team, develop joint business plans with distributors, monitor performance, and report insights to leadership while aligning with Suntory's values.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales and management experience in spirits/CPG.
• Proven ability to lead a sales team and achieve targets.
• Strong background in distributor management and account development.
• Willingness to travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Lead PA sales team and drive brand and sales strategies.
• Manage distributor relationships and develop joint business plans.
