Job summary

Suntory Global Spirits seeks a State Manager I to lead our AL/MS spirits portfolio, manage distributor partnerships, and drive regional sales growth. You will oversee a team of professionals, execute brand and price strategies, and deliver superior market execution.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in sales/CPG leadership, strong distributor know-how, and willingness to travel. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, plus a valid driver's license and relocation assistance may apply.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management experience in spirits/CPG
• Strong distributor management and account development background
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• Proven ability to lead and manage a sales team with measurable results

Responsibilities

• Lead a sales team across AL/MS to achieve sales targets and growth
• Manage distributor relationships and joint business plans
• Drive execution across on-premise, off-premise, and e-commerce channels
• Collaborate with marketing and account teams on national and regional programs
• Analyze market trends and report performance to leadership
