AlignMed Partners is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) at Mountain Ridge Center in Franklin, NH. New grads welcome; two years in geriatric care preferred.

The role offers primary and urgent care for residents, with on-site collaboration to meet center goals and AlignMed's mission. The posted base salary ranges from $112,320 to $133,120 per year, plus a no-cap incentive program, relocation support, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualificações

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program and be licensed as a registered nurse.
• Certified as a Nurse Practitioner with a Master's in Nursing and a focus on Older Adult or Family NP.
• PA must graduate from ARC-PA accredited program and pass PANCE; state licensure and NCCPA certification.
• Minimum of two years experience with adult or geriatric population.

Responsabilidades
