Job summary

AlignMed Partners is seeking a Part Time or Full Time Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to deliver primary and urgent care to residents at the Mineral Springs Center in North Conway, NH. The role welcomes new grads and offers flexible hours (24-40 per week).

You will work with the Center Leadership, Medical Director, and other clinicians to provide compassionate, high-quality care and support AlignMed's mission in post-acute and long-term care environments.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing; RN license; NP certification with a Master's and Older Adult and/or FNP focus.
• PA must graduate from ARC-PA-accredited program and pass PANCE; PA state licensure; NCCPA certification.
• Minimum of two years' experience with adult/geriatric population; DEA where permitted.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and urgent care to nursing center residents in collaboration with other providers.
• Collaborate with Center Leadership and Medical Director to deliver high-quality care and align with AlignMed Partners mission.
