Job summary

AlignMed Partners seeks a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) at Mountain Ridge Center in Franklin, NH. The role offers primary and urgent care for nursing center residents with no on-call or weekend requirements and a base salary range of $112,320–$133,120 per year plus a bonus program.

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing with RN license and NP certification (Older Adult/FNP focus).
PA must be ARC-PA accredited with PANCE and PA licensure/DEA where applicable.
Minimum two years' experience with adult or geriatric population preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents.
Collaborate with Center Leadership and Medical Director for patient care and center goals.
