Job summary
AlignMed Partners is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join Mountain Ridge Center in Franklin, NH. The position offers a base salary range of $112,320 to $133,120 per year plus an incentive program, with no on-call or weekend requirements.
The APRP will deliver primary and urgent care to nursing center residents, collaborating with Center Leadership and the Medical Director to improve quality of life and health outcomes. New grads welcome to apply.
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate from an accredited School of Nursing program and licensed as an RN.
- Certified as a Nurse Practitioner with a Master's in Nursing and a relevant family/older adult track.
- PA: ARC-PA accredited program, PANCE, and NCCPA certification; PA licensure required.
Responsibilities
- Provide primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents.
- Collaborate with Center Leadership and Medical Director for patient care decisions.
- Support AlignMed Partners’ mission and goals through on-site teamwork.
