Our firm is seeking a Master Scheduler to support the planning and delivery of large, complex capital and infrastructure programs for a major public‑sector client in the Pacific Northwest. The Master Scheduler will develop, maintain, and analyze integrated project schedules that enable effective planning, coordination, and progress reporting across multiple projects and stakeholders.

This role also supports clinical construction environments, where schedules must account for regulatory requirements, infection control protocols, phased construction within occupied facilities, and tightly coordinated MEP systems. The Master Scheduler will help ensure that project timelines reflect these constraints and that all teams remain aligned throughout delivery.

We are currently seeking a seasoned Permanent P6 Scheduler to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a committed professional who is highly skilled in Construction, Submittals, P6, High End, Commercial Projects, and Primavera. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring our projects are delivered on time and within budget, by managing and coordinating all aspects of project scheduling. This is a permanent, full‑time role that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities

As a Permanent P6 Scheduler, you will play a pivotal role in our project team. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing, managing, and maintaining detailed project schedules, including all phases of the project lifecycle.
  2. Incorporating input from project team members, stakeholders, and various other departments into the project schedule.
  3. Monitoring and reporting on project progress, comparing it against the baseline schedule.
  4. Identifying and managing project risks, and creating strategies to mitigate those risks.
  5. Coordinating with project teams to ensure schedules are accurate and complete.
  6. Providing guidance and support to project teams in managing their project tasks and resources.
  7. Applying your knowledge of construction processes and systems, project management principles, and scheduling best practices to optimize project outcomes.
  8. Using Primavera P6 software for scheduling and project management tasks.
  9. Preparing submittals and ensuring they meet project specifications and quality standards.
  10. Working on high‑end commercial projects, demonstrating a keen understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities they present.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction scheduling, preferably in high‑end commercial projects.
  2. Proficiency in Primavera P6 software.
  3. Extensive knowledge of construction processes, project management principles, and scheduling best practices.
  4. Experience in preparing and reviewing submittals.
  5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members, stakeholders, and other departments.
  6. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify project risks and create effective mitigation strategies.
  7. A proactive approach, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  8. A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
