Job summary

Jobot is seeking a seasoned Master Scheduler in Seattle, WA to plan, develop, and maintain integrated project schedules for large capital and infrastructure programs for a major public-sector client. The role focuses on construction scheduling, P6, submittals, and coordination across stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of construction scheduling experience, strong Primavera P6 proficiency, and a degree in Construction Management or

Minimum 5 years of construction scheduling experience.
Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and scheduling best practices.
Experience with submittals and high-end commercial projects.

Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project schedules for multiple projects.
Incorporate input from team members and stakeholders into schedules.
Monitor progress and compare against baseline schedules.
Identify risks and create mitigation strategies.
Coordinate with teams to ensure schedules are accurate and complete.
Provide guidance to teams on scheduling tasks and resources.
Apply construction knowledge and scheduling best practices to optimize outcomes.
Utilize Primavera P6 for scheduling and project management tasks.
Prepare submittals meeting project specifications and quality standards.
Work on high-end commercial projects and understand their challenges.
