Job summary

Neurocrine Biosciences is seeking a senior Operations lead for the Peer-to-Peer Speaker Bureau and promotional medical education programs. You will guide operational enhancements, measure program activity, and drive strategic projects for a brand.

The role requires 8+ years in biotech/pharma marketing operations, a BS/BA (MBA preferred), and strong Veeva/Office proficiency. Collaborative, detail-oriented professionals thrive in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences or similar field.
• MBA or other Master’s Degree preferred.
• Strong understanding of marketing operations within the pharmaceutical industry, including regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Veeva Vault or related system.
• Experience with multi-channel marketing campaign management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects and vendors.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations for P2P Speaker Bureau and promotional peer medical education programs.
• Drive P2P system enhancements using customer and market insights.
• Develop the P2P QBR and quarterly audits for SLA performance.
• Coordinate advisory board meetings for product lines and manage content and logistics.
• Oversee Speaker Bureau processes, identify gaps, and streamline workflows.
• Lead bi-weekly Marketing and Compliance meetings to align processes.
• Manage Speaker Network and Speaker Select portals; ensure legal content review.
• Be the analytics SME for P2P metrics and Tableau dashboards.
