Veloxis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in Cary, NC is seeking a Senior Manager, Peer-to-Peer Strategy & Engagement to lead TARPEYO's peer-to-peer channel, speaker bureau, and national congress engagement, aligning with brand objectives and HCP strategy.

You will drive strategic planning and execution, optimize speaker programs, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure compliant, high-impact programming across channels while reporting to the Executive Director, Nephrology Marketing Lead.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or commercial marketing experience.
• Experience supporting peer-to-peer engagement, Speaker Bureau strategy, congress planning, or HCP marketing initiatives.
• Experience in specialty/rare disease markets; nephrology experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical promotional compliance requirements and industry guidelines.
• Proven ability to manage projects, budgets, and external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, planning, and evolution of TARPEYO's peer-to-peer channel, including Speaker Bureau and National Congress engagement.
• Define and deliver HCP education objectives, programs, and resources aligning with brand goals.
• Shape and optimize the Speaker Bureau model with faculty strategy and program formats.
• Establish performance measurement frameworks and translate insights into optimization.
• Independently manage assigned commercial tactics from planning through execution with timelines and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
