Veloxis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Peer-to-Peer Strategy & Engagement in the U.S. commercial Nephrology Marketing group.

This role drives strategic planning and execution of TARPEYO’s peer-to-peer channel, including speaker bureau and national congress engagement, with cross-functional alignment across brand, field, medical, regulatory and agency teams. The ideal candidate will lead education objectives, optimize the Speaker Bureau model, and manage performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or commercial marketing experience.
• Experience supporting peer-to-peer engagement, Speaker Bureau strategy, congress planning, or HCP marketing initiatives.
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Travel 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead TARPEYO’s peer-to-peer channel strategy, including Speaker Bureau and National Congress engagement.
• Define and deliver HCP education objectives, programs, and resources.
• Shape and evolve Speaker Bureau model with faculty strategy, targeting, training, and execution.
• Establish performance measurement frameworks and translate insights into optimization.
• Translate insights into brand strategy, messaging, and future engagement planning.
• Manage congress planning, budgeting, logistics, and post-program reviews.
