You will drive speaker bureau and national congress engagement, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes strategic planning, performance measurement, and compliant, high-impact programming across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or commercial marketing experience.
• Experience supporting peer-to-peer engagement, Speaker Bureau strategy, congress planning, or HCP marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, planning, and evolution of TARPEYO’s peer-to-peer channel, including Speaker Bureau and National Congress engagement, to drive education and adoption.
• Define and deliver HCP education objectives, programs, and resources aligned to brand goals and decision journeys.
• Shape and optimize the Speaker Bureau model with faculty strategy, formats, training, and cross-functional execution.
