Lila Sciences is replacing its procure-to-pay platform with Coupa, aiming for a Q1 2027 go-live. As P2P Specialist, you will own configuration through go-live and post-launch triage at the Cambridge, MA site, collaborating closely with the systems integrator and Finance, Legal, and scientists relying on the system.

The six-month contract sits at the OCP office in Cambridge, MA, managing configuration workshops, data migration, testing, and handover to internal owners.

Qualifications

• Hands-on configuration on a modern P2P or source-to-pay platform, Coupa preferred; Ariba/Zip/Oracle experience considered.
• At least one full implementation or major module go-live with personal configuration or UAT ownership.
• Knowledge of three-way match, tolerance thresholds, and approval hierarchy design.
• Catalog and punch-out enablement, plus supplier network onboarding.
• Data migration and validation: reconcile supplier master and explain variances.
• Fast-paced project environment with end users who are scientists awaiting experiments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and run configuration workshops with stakeholders alongside the systems integrator.
• Execute and document configuration workstreams: approval matrices, guided buying, catalogs, punch-out, supplier onboarding.
• Build and load catalog and punch-out content, starting with the highest-volume suppliers.
• Configure the approval hierarchy against the approved signing matrix and test before go-live.
• Run data migration and validation across supplier master, open commitments, and historical purchase orders.
• Own user acceptance testing: write scripts, run sessions, log defects, drive closure.
