Job summary

Perfict Global, Inc. is seeking a Procurement Systems Implementation Consultant with hands-on Coupa P2P experience to lead a major procurement system rollout.

You will work onsite in Cambridge, MA with procurement, finance, legal, and IT teams to configure, test, migrate data, and support go-live and stabilization. The ideal candidate has led a Coupa P2P deployment or major module rollout, understands procurement workflows and supplier onboarding, and can coordinate UAT, cutover, and

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing or configuring Coupa P2P or comparable procurement platform.
• Participation in at least one full implementation or major module deployment.
• Strong knowledge of procurement workflows, approval matrices, catalogs, and supplier onboarding.
• Understanding of PO processing, three-way matching, and procurement controls.
• Experience with supplier master data migration, data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
• Experience supporting UAT, cutover, go-live, and post-implementation stabilization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation activities with systems integration team and stakeholders.
• Configure procurement processes including approval routing, guided buying, catalogs, and punch-out.
• Migrate supplier records, POs, and open commitments from legacy systems.
• Perform data quality checks and reconciliation for migration.
• Develop and execute UAT plans, test scenarios, and defect resolution.
• Support cutover planning, deployment readiness, and go-live activities.
• Conduct parallel-run validation and reconcile transactions to prevent issues.
• Provide post-go-live hypercare and process improvements.
• Create and maintain documentation and training materials.
• Transfer knowledge to internal admins and business owners.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Procurement, and IT to resolve challenges.
