Job summary

Icono-Labs is seeking a Senior Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Systems Consultant to drive Coupa implementations and optimize client P2P processes across diverse industries. Youll lead selection, transformation, configuration and go-live activities, with a focus on integrating Coupa with NetSuite and other ERP systems.

Remote work is common, with quarterly travel to client sites as needed. You bring 4+ years of Coupa experience, strong P2P expertise and proven project leadership, plus comfort operating in

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on Coupa experience across multiple modules and implementations.
• Experience with NetSuite integrations is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of P2P processes: procurement, invoicing and supplier management.
• Able to lead and execute all phases of the implementation lifecycle from design to go-live.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and collaboration in a remote work environment.
• Experience handling data migration, formatting and manipulation.
• Willingness to travel for occasional client engagements, typically quarterly.

Responsibilities

• Lead clients through Coupa P2P module selection, transformation, implementation and configuration.
• Provide functional and technical expertise across Coupa's procurement, payables, expenses and supplier management.
• Manage full-cycle implementations including project and change management, testing and go-live support.
• Configure Coupa systems to align with business requirements and integrate with ERP like NetSuite.
• Facilitate requirements sessions, perform Fit/Gap analyses and document decisions and configurations.
• Support supplier enablement and develop best practices for operational efficiency.
• Contribute to internal practice development, knowledge transfer and business development.
