Job summary

Dry Bar Comedy, an Angel original, seeks a highly operational, business-focused leader to own the full P&L and drive scalable growth across platforms, memberships, licensing, and partnerships. You will optimize revenue, convert views to paying members, and expand distribution through FAST channels and social monetization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in leadership roles with P&L ownership.
• Experience scaling digital content brands or streaming channels.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L for Dry Bar Comedy and drive profitability targets.
• Oversee distribution strategy across Angel App, FAST, YouTube/Facebook, and more.
• Lead multi-team operations and scale processes with Monday.com.
• Manage live shows, venue ops, ticketing, and audience experience.
• Foster talent relationships and negotiate partnerships for monetization.
• Guide product enhancements with engineering for app engagement.
