Qualifications

• Basic PC skills, including the use of Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, directs and staffs daily operations for pickup and delivery to provide outstanding service to customers, meeting service and productivity goals.
• Promotes safety above all by supporting and implementing safety best practices, requirements, and initiatives and embracing new safety technology.
• Coaches drivers to work more effectively through honest and direct conversations. Ensures compliance with FedEx policies and procedures, CSM, safety and injury reporting, and training requirements.
• Addresses and resolves complex service issues with customers.
• Adjusts routes and employee schedules to meet delivery commitments. Develops contingency plans for unexpected situations.
• Leads team in adapting to changing business requirements and new technology. Achieves KPIs for their organization.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
