Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Runs and optimizes routing/packaging delivery software to help optimize P&D service.
• Dispatches couriers to minimize costs and maintain service integrity.
• Tracks service, safety, cost, and quality metrics for the facility.
• Investigates and responds to customer complaints and schedule delays.
• Reports on accidents and equipment failures and follows up as needed.
• Maintains files for equipment and regulatory compliance.
• Coaches drivers and conducts check rides for methods and safety.
• Oversees P&D operations when the P&D Manager is absent.
