Accenture is seeking a Transformation Manager in the United States to lead cross-functional teams in reimagining underwriting and claims processes. You will shape operating models, drive AI-enabled solutions, and deliver end-to-end transformations across Claims and Underwriting, while growing client relationships and driving business development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management consulting and/or industry experience in Property & Casualty insurance, including Claims and Underwriting.
• 5+ years of process engineering, data/analysis, program management, and /or leading complex business / technology deliveries.
• Bachelor’s Degree
