Job summary

Earnix seeks a skilled Product Manager focused on P&C insurance to lead pricing, rating, and regulatory filing capabilities for the US market. You will engage with US carriers and clients, prioritize the roadmap, and collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing to drive GTM success.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in P&C product management, experience with regulatory filings, and a strong understanding of AI-enabled InsurTech trends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management with focus on P&C insurance
• Understanding of regulatory filing processes
• Experience with carrier clients and customer-facing teams in B2B SaaS/InsurTech
• Go-to-market execution including sales enablement and product demos
• Experience with Agile product development
• Knowledge of InsurTech trends and AI opportunities

Responsibilities

• Own a P&C product roadmap for pricing, rating, and filing across personal/commercial lines
• Lead filing and regulatory automation for compliance changes
• Serve as US-based product interface with carriers and clients
• Partner with sales, CS, and marketing for GTM strategies and enablement materials
• Work with engineering to define requirements and manage backlog
• Identify and productize AI opportunities in P&C workflows
• Coordinate with leadership and stakeholders to drive the roadmap and improvements
