Job summary

Rate Insurance, LLC is seeking a highly experienced Senior Director of Product to lead and transform our internal and customer-facing platform ecosystem. You will own the product vision, including AI-powered productivity tools, extensive API integrations, and enterprise data infrastructure.

A strong focus on cross-functional collaboration with engineering, marketing, and telephony is required. You will guide a lean product team, set priorities, and ensure timely delivery across MVPs and

Qualifications

• Ten+ years in product management with 5+ years leading technical product teams.
• Extensive knowledge of independent P&C insurance agency operations.
• Experience delivering integrated internal platforms within API-driven environments.
• Hands-on experience designing and deploying AI agents and agentic workflows.

Responsibilities

• Owns platform vision, roadmap, and delivery for digital quoting, integrations, data infrastructure, and Salesforce.
• Apply AI and automation to improve agent productivity and client experiences.
• Develop API strategy across carrier systems, quoting platforms, data providers, and services.
• Lead end-to-end product coverage from quoting to account servicing and retention.
