Orion180 seeks a Product Manager to guide comparative rater initiatives, vet new raters, and drive API work. You’ll collaborate with portfolio managers to define business requirements and lead projects from planning through delivery in a fast-paced insurance tech setting.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in P&C insurance, 2+ years leading teams, and strong communication and strategic skills. On-site role with a focus on outcomes and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in similar work.
• 3+ years of experience in property and casualty insurance.
• 2+ years of experience managing teams and projects.
• Familiarity with product life cycles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); form automation tools a plus.

Responsabilités

• Work with internal teams to identify raters needing enhancements.
• Lead all aspects of changes (identifying, planning, and delivery).
• Ensure defaults are properly set.
• Create project timelines and oversee delivery milestones for related initiatives.
• Ensure accurate cross-departmental communications are provided regarding new raters and changes.
• Monitor post-launch performance and adjust as needed.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
