Mark Jameson Allstate Agency in Burleson, TX is seeking an experienced P&C licensed Customer Service Representative to join our in-office service team. You will assist policyholders with billing, policy changes, and claims guidance, delivering world-class service.

As the first point of contact, you'll support the sales team, nurture client relationships, process payments, and schedule appointments, with a friendly, energetic approach.

Qualifications

• 1+ year CSR experience in a service environment.
• P&C insurance license required (valid)
• Willing to travel to Southlake, Colleyville, or Burleson, TX for in-office work
• Proven dependability and reliability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred

Responsabilités

• Answer phones and greet clients in a polite, professional manner.
• Assist customers with service tasks: billing, policy changes, and claims guidance.
