Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises seeks an Associate Trainer to educate employees in technical skills and insurance product knowledge, primarily in classroom settings. You will develop virtual classes, create presentations, and use adult learning methods to engage varied group sizes.

The role requires traveling within St. Louis, MO and out-of-state, strong organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering timely rosters and responses.

Qualifications

• Experience with Insurance products or a Property & Casualty license recommended.
• To thrive in this role, you have presentation skills in facilitating classes and leading discussions for both small and very large groups.
• You possess creativity to enhance classroom education and presentation materials.
• You have experience in one‑on‑one coaching and tutoring others.
• You will have the ability to assimilate new information quickly. Demonstrates initiative to enhance knowledge and skill levels.
• You have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks at hand. Flexible when priorities and projects suddenly change.

Responsibilities

• Train and educate new and existing employees in technical skills and product knowledge in classroom settings.
• Develop, establish and conduct virtual classes via web conferences; create presentations for both classroom and web conferences using adult learning methods.
• Consistently update management on progress of classes.
• Manage travel, complete expense reports, respond to emails and other communications promptly, and submit rosters accurately and timely.
