Job summary

AAA Auto Club Enterprises in Costa Mesa, CA, is seeking an Education & Training professional to design and deliver education and training on products, technology, sales skills, and processes to agency and call center staff. The role involves traveling nationwide 1-3 weeks at a time and occasional evenings or weekends for training.

Responsibilities include educating employees in technical and product knowledge, developing virtual classes, creating presentations, and managing travel and expense

Qualifications

• Educate employees in technical skills and product knowledge in classroom settings.
• Develop and conduct virtual classes via web conferences using adult learning methods.
• Coordinate travel and expense reporting; manage rosters and communications.
• Must be able to travel nationwide 1–3 weeks at a time; evenings/weekends training may occur.

Responsibilities

• Educate new and existing employees in technical skills and product knowledge in classroom settings.
• Develop, establish and conduct virtual classes via web conference tools; create presentations for classroom and web conferences.
• Update management on progress of classes and travel planning; handle expense reports and rosters.
