Auto Club Enterprises is seeking an entry-level Sales Agent Trainee to begin a pathway to a Sales Agent role. The position focuses on selling insurance products and club memberships, both onsite at a District Office and offsite as directed.

Training leads to reclassification upon successful completion, with emphasis on accurate documentation and adherence to underwriting guidelines. The role requires strong communication skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Oral and written communication skills required.
• Moderate knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Previously demonstrated competitive and persistent nature.
• Organization skill required.

Responsibilities

• Sell insurance and club memberships, promote services, and achieve sales strategy.
• Develop leads and contacts; manage time to meet goals.
• Provide information on member services and new insurance products.
• Compile accurate documentation for transactions and timecards.
