Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises in Costa Mesa, CA, is seeking a dynamic Education & Training professional to deliver product, technology, sales skills and process training to agency and call center staff, with nationwide travel up to 1–3 weeks at a time.

You will develop presentations and online content, conduct web conferences, facilitate classroom training, and deliver engaging sessions while updating management on progress and handling travel expenses.

Qualifications

• Creativity to enhance classroom education and presentation materials.
• Presentation skills in facilitating classes and leading discussions for both small and very large groups.
• Ability to assimilate new information quickly.
• Prioritize multiple tasks with flexible priorities.
• Use of personal vehicle and good driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Educating new and existing employees in both technical skills and product knowledge primarily in classroom settings.
• Develop, establish and conduct virtual classes via web conference tools; prepare presentations and use adult learning methods.
• Consistently update management on progress of classes.
• Effectively manage travel and completing expense reports on time; respond to emails and other forms of communication promptly.
