Job summary

AAA Mountain West Group in Orem, UT is seeking Insurance Agents to deliver exceptional member service while achieving sales goals. You will solicit new business, service existing policies, and participate in promotions and cross-sell of AAA insurance products.

Responsibilities include insurance reviews, quoting, binding and issuing policies, and maintaining high member satisfaction. Open to active P&C license and experience; on-site Saturdays may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong sales skills with a track record of developing, tracking, following up on and closing leads.
• Advanced consultative selling techniques utilizing thorough product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Uses sales techniques and strong product knowledge to identify customer needs and generate new sales.
• Meets or exceeds targets defined in the sales incentive plan.
• Conducts insurance reviews to identify suitable products and quotes, bind and issue policies.
• Establishes rapport to enhance loyalty to the AAA brand.
• Proactively solicits and markets to business and/or community events; outbound calls and cross-sells.
