Job summary

AAA Mountain West Group in Phoenix is recruiting for a Sales Agent to serve members by selling Property & Casualty and Roadside programs that meet their needs. The role requires strong sales skills and compliance with licensing requirements, with on-site work at the Phoenix branch.

The position offers an earning potential through base pay plus bonus/commission, plus benefits and a retirement plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of sales experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain unrestricted property & casualty license within 21 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer-specific needs to generate new sales, retain insureds, and grow the book of business.
• Meet or exceed targets defined in the sales incentive plan.
• Conduct insurance reviews to identify suitable products and coverage, quote, bind, and issue policies.
• Provide a sales and service experience that enhances affinity to the AAA brand and loyalty.
• Solicit and market to businesses and community events, perform outbound calling, and cross-sell.
• Respond to customer inquiries about insurance products and memberships.
• Assist insured in initiating the first notice of loss when needed.
