Job summary

AAA Mountain West Group in St. George, UT is seeking Insurance Agents for an on-site role. You will sell Property & Casualty, Life, and Roadside insurance, and you will pursue assigned sales goals while delivering an exceptional member experience.

Primary responsibilities include soliciting new business, servicing existing insured Members, and retaining policies. Insurance Agents participate in promotions, events, marketing activities, and cross-sell of all AAA insurance products.

Qualifications

• Strong sales skills with a history of developing and closing leads.
• Advanced consultative selling using product knowledge.
• Ability to meet sales targets and promote cross-sell of insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Uses sales techniques and product knowledge to identify customer needs and generate new sales.
• Meets or exceeds targets defined in the sales incentive plan.
• Conducts insurance reviews to recommend appropriate products and bind policies.
• Establishes rapport to enhance loyalty to the AAA brand.
• Solicits business through events, outbound calls, and cross-sells new and existing customers.
• Responds to inquiries about insurance products and membership.
• Resolves complex customer service issues and assists with notices of loss.
