Gallagher is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to grow our Property & Casualty business across Northern California. In this hybrid role, you will identify new opportunities, cultivate client relationships, and expand partnerships while delivering tailored insurance solutions.

Qualifications

• Insurance industry experience is required.

• Build and grow trusted relationships with clients and prospects, serving as their primary insurance advisor and strategic partner.
• Manage and expand a portfolio of accounts, helping clients understand coverage options, renewal strategies, and risk management solutions.
• Identify opportunities to deepen client partnerships by proactively recommending enhancements and solutions that address evolving business needs.
• Deliver exceptional client service by ensuring a responsive, accurate, and seamless experience throughout the client lifecycle.
• Utilize a consultative sales approach to uncover needs, present tailored solutions, and help clients make informed decisions about their insurance programs.
• Maintain a strong presence within your territory through regular client meetings, networking, and ongoing relationship-building.
• Analyze client objectives, exposures, and insurance programs to develop customized recommendations that align with their goals and budgets.
• Collaborate with carrier and internal partners to secure competitive coverage options and deliver value-driven solutions.
• Leverage market insights and industry trends to help clients navigate changing business and economic environments.
• Stay current on industry developments and licensing requirements, continuously enhancing your expertise and consultative value.
• Develop a deep understanding of your territory and target market, allowing you to cultivate new opportunities and strengthen your local presence.
