The position offers a competitive base salary with uncapped commissions, annual bonuses, and a retirement plan. A P&C license is required, with a strong emphasis on meeting sales goals and delivering high activity levels.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License is required.
• 1+ year of insurance sales experience preferred.
• Strong closing ability and objection-handling skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and working leads daily.
• Strong communication and computer skills (CRM, quoting systems, Microsoft Office).
• Ability to multi-task and manage a pipeline effectively.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Close inbound insurance leads (home, auto, bundled policies).
• Generate new business through outbound calls, follow-ups, referrals, and re-quotes.
• Own the full sales cycle from first contact through close.
• Identify coverage gaps and recommend solutions that increase protection and premium.
• Cross-sell and round accounts to maximize revenue per client.
• Follow up consistently to improve close rates and pipeline conversion.
• Maintain high daily activity (calls, quotes, and follow-ups).
• Hit and exceed individual sales goals and revenue targets.
