Responsibilities

• Conduct retail sales consultations to assess client needs and recommend insurance products.
• Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients.
• Process quotes, applications, renewals, and endorsements.
• Analyze client data, risks and market trends to develop solutions.
• Explain insurance concepts clearly to clients; multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain client relationships.
• Work with multiple top-rated carriers.
• Spanish language ability is a plus.
