Clear Concepts, Inc. is seeking a Property & Casualty Insurance Associate Attorney in Miami, FL, to handle sophisticated insurance coverage disputes, including bad-faith matters, in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

The successful candidate will join a prominent AmLaw 200 firm's litigation practice, work with partners and clients, and contribute to responsive, high-quality service while advancing professional development.

Qualifications

• J.D. from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record and writing skills.
• Active Bar Admission in Florida, in good standing, required.
• 3–6 years of insurance coverage litigation experience.
• Substantive experience handling bad-faith insurance matters.
• Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated commitment to responsiveness and outstanding client service.
• Federal judicial clerkship or state appellate clerkship experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent insurers and other clients in complex insurance coverage litigation.
• Analyze insurance policies, coverage issues, exclusions, and applicable case law.
• Handle bad-faith claims and related insurance disputes.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery materials, and other litigation documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare written analyses regarding coverage and bad-faith issues.
• Manage matters efficiently while meeting court, client, and internal deadlines.
• Communicate with clients regarding case developments, strategy, risk, and recommended next steps.
• Collaborate with partners, associates, clients, and other professionals to develop effective litigation strategies.
• Contribute to a service-oriented team environment that values drive, responsiveness, and high-quality work.
