Qualifications

• J.D. from a top-tier law school with strong academic record and writing skills.
• Active Florida Bar admission in good standing required.
• 3–6 years of insurance coverage litigation experience.
• Experience handling bad-faith insurance matters is preferred.
• Solid understanding of insurance coverage and bad-faith issues.

Responsibilities

• Represent insurers and clients in complex insurance coverage litigation.
• Analyze policies, coverage issues, exclusions, and case law.
• Handle bad-faith claims and related disputes.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery and other litigation documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare analyses on coverage and bad-faith issues.
• Manage matters to meet court, client, and internal deadlines.
• Communicate case developments, strategy and next steps with clients.
• Collaborate with partners and teams to develop effective litigation strategies.
• Contribute to a service-oriented team environment with high-quality work.
