Responsibilities

• Represent insurers and clients in complex insurance coverage litigation.
• Analyze policies, coverage issues, exclusions, and applicable case law.
• Handle bad-faith claims and related disputes.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery materials, and other litigation documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare analyses on coverage and bad-faith issues.
• Manage matters efficiently with deadlines.
• Communicate with clients regarding case developments and strategy.
• Collaborate with partners, associates, clients, and other professionals on litigation strategies.
