The ideal candidate has a JD from a top-tier school, Florida Bar admission, 3–6 years of insurance coverage litigation experience, and strong writing and research skills.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic record.
• Active Florida Bar in good standing required.
• 3–6 years of insurance coverage litigation experience.
• Substantive experience handling bad-faith insurance matters.
• Clerkship experience is a plus.
• Strong writing, research, and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Represent insurers in complex insurance coverage litigation.
• Analyze policies, coverage issues, exclusions, and case law.
• Handle bad-faith claims and related disputes.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery materials.
• Conduct legal research and issue written analyses.
• Meet deadlines and manage matters efficiently.
• Communicate with clients about strategy and next steps.
• Collaborate with partners and teams to develop litigation strategies.
• Contribute to a service-oriented, responsive team environment.
