Job summary

ADP is hiring an Insurance Consultant. This hybrid role combines in-office collaboration three days a week with two days remote work, focusing on front-line client service and issue resolution without sales targets.

You will train clients on ADP technology, resolve coverage questions, and maintain world-class service while building enduring client relationships across carriers and products.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in the insurance industry.
• Property - Casualty producers license within 60 days of employment.
• College degree is not required; experience and license matter more.
• Military experience considered; veteran talents are valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide client support via phone and digital channels for coverage questions and adp products.
• Investigate, research, analyze and resolve complex client issues using product knowledge.
• Continuously learn about insurance industry and ADP products including payroll.
• Identify and recommend additional lines of coverage and benefits administration tools.
