Job summary

First Connect Insurance Services is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth and production among already onboarded agents. You will enhance agents' knowledge of appointed carriers and focus on P&C industry depth to expand production.

This role centers on relationship-building, training best practices, and data-driven growth strategies. You will train and support agents, aiming to exceed sales targets through cross-sales while maintaining a detailed understanding of carrier markets, products,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of P&C experience with independent agents.
• Experience training and developing agency staff.
• Excellent oral and written communication; able to present for groups.
• Licenses and Certifications: TDI P&C license and CPCU and/or CIC desirable.
• Self-motivated; ability to collaborate and work autonomously.
• Willing to review agency qualifications for appointments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned Agencies.
• Regularly schedule and coordinate agent training on an individual basis.
• Achieve and exceed set sales targets.
• Leverage cross-sale opportunities with your assigned agents.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and execute best practices.
• Use data driven approaches to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collect and communicate feedback from training sessions to drive improvements.
• Responsible for the knowledge of all Carrier Markets and Products, Commission Structure, and Appointments.
