Job summary

First Connect Insurance Services is seeking an Enablement Account Manager for the Southeast (FL). This fully remote role in the USA focuses on growing production of onboarded agents through carrier knowledge, training, and strong relationship management.

You will drive training, execute growth initiatives, and optimize cross-sell opportunities while maintaining deep knowledge of P&C markets and appointment processes. Strong communication and independent work style are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of P&C experience with independent agents.
• Experience training and developing agency staff.
• Must demonstrate problem-solving and communication skills.
• Review agency qualifications for appointments and make recommendations.
• Experience selling and marketing P&C personal and commercial lines.
• Strong oral and written communication including presentations.
• Licenses/certifications: P&C license; CPCU/CIC desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned agencies.
• Regularly schedule and coordinate agent training individually.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Leverage cross-sale opportunities with agents.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement best practices.
• Use data-driven approaches to identify growth opportunities.
• Collect and share training feedback to drive improvements.
• Maintain knowledge of carrier markets, products, commissions, and appointments.
