Job summary

First Connect Insurance Services in the United States is hiring an Account Manager to drive growth among onboarded agents. You will serve as the primary liaison, schedule targeted training, and work to exceed sales targets while expanding production with cross-sale opportunities.

The role requires 5+ years in P&C with independent agents, strong communication, and the ability to review appointments and advise on carrier qualifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of P&C experience including working with Independent Agents.
• Experience training and developing agency staff.
• Must demonstrate ability to problem solve and communicate effectively.
• Must be able to understand and review agency qualifications for appointments and make recommendations on appointments.
• Experience selling and marketing P&C personal lines and commercial lines.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills including formal presentations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned Agencies.
• Regularly schedule and coordinate agent training on an individual basis.
• Achieve and exceed set sales targets.
• Leverage cross-sale opportunities with your assigned agents.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and execute best practices.
• Use data driven approaches to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collect and communicate feedback from training sessions to drive improvements.
• Knowledge of all Carrier Markets and Products, Commission Structure, and Appointments.
