Qualifications

• 10+ years progressive experience in People & Culture, HR, business operations, program management, or related field.
• Experience leading high-complexity, cross-functional initiatives with enterprise impact.
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, aligning P&C to business outcomes.
• Demonstrated program and portfolio management capability with governance, sequencing, and dashboards.
• Strong understanding of HR operations, talent management, and governance.
• Data literacy and analytical storytelling to inform decisions.
• Change leadership and organizational agility for adoption of new ways of working.
• Systems thinking to improve processes and scalable routines.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools, automation, and digital platforms.
• Ability to handle confidential situations with discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Partner with P&C Leadership Team to own the strategic portfolio and tracking against priorities.
• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of large, cross-functional initiatives.
• Develop metrics, dashboards, and reporting routines to monitor progress and risks.
• Analyze capacity and resource allocation, surfacing gaps and tradeoffs.
• Design and drive P&C communications architecture for leadership updates and stakeholder materials.
• Support change management and adoption of new operating models and tools.
• Build relationship architecture with clear handoffs across P&C leaders and partners.
• Facilitate operating routines and alignment discussions on project status and risks.
• Leverage AI and digital solutions to improve efficiency and decision support.
• Model H&R Block’s culture by driving accountability and collaboration.
